Your VoIPex mobile phone plan comes with included data. The included data is for use within the calendar month and does not rollover. If you exceed the included data before the end of the calendar month, excess fees will be charged according to the excess data rate in your plan.

VoIPex will contact you when you reach 50%, 75%, 90% and 100% of your allocated data.

As data for your service is from a 3rd party (Optus) there may be delays in updating your data usage of up to 48 hours.

You can check the data usage for your mobile phone services through the VoIPex customer portal.

Or you can enable mobile data tracking on your mobile device. Below are steps for enabling and monitoring mobile data tracking on several popular mobile phone brands.
