Pharmacy Connectivity Incentive
The Pharmacy Connectivity Incentive (PCI) program is a new program funded by Medicare Australia in order to provide financial incentives to pharmacies that maintain business grade broadband internet connections. The PCI program will run from 1 January 2008 to 30 June 2010.

Business Phone
The VoIPex business phone package is a stand alone telephone line rental service which is designed for customers who tend to make frequent short calls.
Standard Features
- Call Waiting - Answer incoming calls when you are already on the phone.
- Call Forward - Transfer calls from your home phone to another number.
- Call Back - If a number you have called is engaged you will get a call notifying you of when the number is free.
- Call Return - Gives you the number of your last unanswered call.

30 days written notification is required for cancellation or closure of account. All plans subject to Acceptable Use Policy & Terms and conditions.
Email Spam and Anti-Virus
Although anti-virus and anti-spam scanning is done on all incoming and outgoing emails that traverse our mail server, we cannot guarantee that all viruses or spam will be picked up. We therefore recommend that customers install Anti-Virus software on each computer that connects to the internet.
Pharmacy Connectivity Incentive Services
Pharmacy Connectivity Incentive plan speeds are presented in downstream/upstream format eg: 256/64 represents up to 256kbps downstream/64 kbps upstream.
12 month contract applies to all plans with early termination for any reason requiring balance of contract to be paid. In addition to minimum contract amount a termination fee of $99 applies if contract terminated within 6 months.
An excess fee of 10c per megabyte is charged once data allowance is reached, capped at twice the normal monthly spend.
ADSL2+ Services
ADSL2+ services are not available in all states or exchanges.
Provisioning times for ADSL2+ services vary and it can take up to 20 business days for ADSL2+ services to be completed.
During installation of and ADSL2+ service there will be a loss of dial tone for a typical period of 4 hours, though longer periods may be experienced on occasions.
VoIPex ADSL2 services have fast downstream speeds of up to 20Mbps. Approximately 50% of customers on the VoIPex Network will receive speeds between 8 and 20Mbps. Actual speeds will vary and may be slower. Many factors affect speeds such as your distance from the telephone exchange, your line condition, your hardware and software, the source of your download, and general internet traffic. Speeds above 8Mbps require network compatible ADSL2+ modem and filters. Network theoretical download maximum is 20Mbps.

.AU Domains
Registration eligibility requirements are set out by .au Domain Administration (auDA). If you are a sole trader, have a state registered business name or an Australian registered company, you are eligible to register a .au domain name. .COM, .NET & .ORG Domains
.COM, .NET & .ORG domain names are not restricted or regulated by auDA Policy Rules. They are therefore policy free and anyone can register any domain name.
