Dial Up Internet
The VoIPex dial up internet network is available Australia wide and makes use of a single dial in number, 0198 331 208, so if you travel or move there is no need to change your dial up internet settings.
General Plans
There are 2 types of general dial up plans from VoIPex. The first is the monthly dial, which gives you 75 hours per month with unlimited downloads. The 2nd is the Annual Unlimited which gives you unlimited hours and downloads for 12 months. Plans feature:
- 10MB web space
- 5 email addresses
- Free spam filter and anti-virus on email accounts*
* Although anti-virus and anti-spam scanning is done on all incoming and outgoing emails that traverse our mail server, we cannot guarantee that all viruses or spam will be picked up. We therefore recommend that customers install Anti-Virus software on each computer that connects to the internet.

Bulk Hour Plans
The bulk hour plans from VoIPex gives you a set number of hours that can be used whenever you like. This is ideal for people who use the internet on an irregular basis, or as a backup internet service. All bulk hour plans feature:
- 10MB web space
- 5 email addresses
- Free spam filter and anti-virus on email accounts*

Email Only Plans
Email only plans give you the option of having an email account that isn't tied to your internet service. With this plan you can access your internet from any internet service, anywhere in the world. Email only plans feature:

* Although VoIPex provides free spam filtering and anti-virus on email accounts, we recommend that an Anti-Virus program and/or Spam Filter be installed on your computer as VoIPex cannot guarantee that all viruses and/or spam will be removed.
# Monthly Dial Up Plan has a 4 hour session timeout and a 5 minute idle timeout. Excess usage charged at 20c per hour, capped at $24.95.
Annual Unlimited Dial Up Plans have a 2 hour session timeout and a 5 minute idle timeout.
All plans are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
