Data allowance includes both downloads and uploads. All services shaped to 64kbps/64kbps once data allowance is reached. All plans subject to Acceptable Use Policy & Terms and conditions. 12 month contract applies to all plans with early termination for any reason requiring balance of contract to be paid. In addition to minimum contract amount a termination fee of $199 applies if contract terminated within 12 months. 30 days written notice is required for any changes or cancellations of services. All Internet plans come with 5 Email addresses & 10MB web space.

ADSL2+ General Information
ADSL2+ services are not available in all states or exchanges.
Provisioning times vary and it can take up to 20 business days for ADSL2+ services to be completed.
During installation there will be a loss of dial tone for a typical period of 4 hours, though longer periods may be experienced on occasions.
VoIPex ADSL2 services have fast downstream speeds of up to 20Mbps. Approximately 50% of customers on the VoIPex Network will receive speeds between 8 and 20Mbps. Actual speeds will vary and may be slower. Many factors affect speeds such as your distance from the telephone exchange, your line condition, your hardware and software, the source of your download, and general internet traffic. Speeds above 8Mbps require network compatible ADSL2+ modem and filters. Network theoretical download maximum is 20Mbps.
