Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, to change your plan, simply call our customer care on 1300 797 743 and the plan change will be made effective immediately.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, VoIPex is a pay-as-you go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You can choose yearly plan and get discounts but you can as easily choose month-to-month option. If you cancel you will be billed for the current month and enjoy the upgrade until the end of the billing cycle.

How about if I share Plus or Premium beans with my friends that are on the Basic plan - will they have to upgrade?

No, that is the beauty of using VoIPex, you can bounce (share) anything you want with your friends and family and they can enjoy all the benefits of private sharing with the FREE Basic plan. It's that simple.
