* Although anti-virus and anti-spam scanning is done on all incoming and outgoing emails that traverse our mail server, we cannot guarantee that all viruses or spam will be picked up. We therefore recommend that customers install Anti-Virus software on each computer that connects to the internet.

The costs listed above are the monthly costs and include the ADSL monthly cost and telephone line rental monthly cost. Call costs are additional.
Speeds are presented in downstream/upstream format eg: 256/64 represents up to 256kbps downstream/64 kbps upstream.
For bundle plans with usage allowances customers have the choice to either have the ADSL service shaped to 64kbps/64kbps once data allowance is reached or pay an excess fee of 10c per megabyte once data allowance is reached. All plans subject to Acceptable Use Policy & Terms and conditions. 6 month contract applies to all ADSL1 Bundled plans with early termination for any reason requiring balance of contract to be paid. 12 month contract applies to all ADSL2+ Bundled plans with early termination for any reason requiring balance of contract to be paid. In addition to minimum contract amount a termination fee of $99 applies if contract terminated within 6 months. All changes and cancellations require 30 days written notification.
