Speeds are presented in downstream/upstream format eg: 256/64 represents up to 256kbps downstream/64 kbps upstream.
Standard Plans
Standard plans are on a low cost network and as such internet speeds may fluctuate during times of high use. Off-Peak Period is 1:00am through 7:00am AEST. For all plans the service is shaped to 256kbps/256kbps once data allowance is reached in either Peak or Off-Peak Period. All plans subject to Fair Use Policy & Terms and Conditions. 12 month contract applies to all plans with early termination for any reason requiring balance of contract to be paid. In addition to minimum contract amount a termination fee of $99 applies if contract terminated within 6 months. All Internet plans come with 1 Email address & 10MB web space.
Premium Plans
Premium services are on a dedicated network with a low contention ratio to ensure higher consistent internet speeds. Off-Peak Period is 1:00am through 7:00am AEST.
