The cost of reconnecting a telephone service varies depending upoon work required.
A standard telephone service reconnection/relocation where no onsite work is required is $59.00.
A telephone service reconnection/relocation where a technician needs to attend the site is $125.00.
A telephone service reconnection/relocation where a new physical line needs to be connected is $299.00.

For all contracts early termination for any reason requires the balance of the contract to be paid out. For VoIPex Complete All-in-One Home Solution in addition to minimum contract amount a termination fee of $99 applies if contract terminated within 6 months.

Free Broadband and Telephone service transfer includes the transfer of an active compatible ADSL1 or ADSL2 service and the transfer of an active compatible telephone service to VoIPex Pty Limited.

Free Broadband and Telephone service setup includes the setup of an ADSL1 or ADSL2 service and the setup of a Telephone service where a telephone service previously existed and where no onsite work is required. Where a new telephone service setup requires an on site installation the costs may be up to $299.00.

30 days written notification is required for any changes or cancellations.

Postage and Handling fee $19.95 where applicable.
